PA and NJ Legislators Call on Governors to Reform DRPA

Vereb and DiCicco say recent misuse of EZ Pass by DRPA official just one of several problems, agency needs to change multitude of policies   

 

Pennsylvania State Rep. Mike Vereb (R-Montgomery) and New Jersey State Assemblyman Domenick DiCicco Jr. (R-Gloucester) today sent letters to Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie regarding the alleged misuse of an EZ Pass transponder by Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Public Safety Director Michael Joyce. 

 

The letter calls for an investigation into the matter and requests the governors work together to reform the DRPA.  The letter is attached.
